At VEDA Wear, our products are made to order especially for you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect colour selection.
Please carefully check the product details and size information before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent for production after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once production has started.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
